Success Story – July – Bobby Mohon

Mr. Bobby Mohon admitted to Willow Springs after suffering a traumatic fall that resulted in the need for surgical repair and reconstruction of his shoulder. When he arrived, he was unable to ambulate, transfer, or complete day to day tasks to be able to return home and care for himself.
After working with our therapy team and receiving support and encouragement from the entire staff, Mr. Mohon is now caring for himself, walking throughout the facility and is now ready to transition back to his home environment. He is excited to return to his usual routine, which includes attending activities and social events.
The staff and therapy team at Willow Springs applauds his achievements during his stay.
