Success Story – Sept – Ruby Cothron
Meet Ms. Ruby Cothron. She arrived at Willow Springs after a medically complicated hospital stay, which left her unable to care for herself. Ms. Cothron made so much progress in a previous stay with us here at Willow Springs that she felt confident that returning to us for skilled therapy services would get her back home once again.
Success Story – Aug – Ms. Thomasson
Ms. Thomasson arrived at Willow Springs after a brief hospital stay that left her unable to ambulate or care for herself as she did before.
Working with the Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy team enabled her to return home to live completely independently with her family as she did before.
Success Story – July – Bobby Mohon
Mr. Bobby Mohon admitted to Willow Springs after suffering a traumatic fall that resulted in the need for surgical repair and reconstruction of his shoulder. When he arrived, he was unable to ambulate, transfer, or complete day to day tasks to be able to return home and care for himself. After working with our therapy team and receiving support and encouragement from the entire staff, Mr. Mohon is now caring for himself, walking throughout the facility and is now ready to transition back to his home environment.
Success Story – June – Juanita Bagley
Juanita Bagley admitted to Willow Springs following a recent hospitalization that left her unable to care for herself. Through therapy, Juanita has regained her strength and independence.
